Understanding the Kindergarten IEP (1.5 hours + Q&A)

Learn about the process of creating the IEP, steps you can take to prepare for the IEP meeting, and programs and service options that are available for children with disabilities in kindergarten. We’ll go over important dates, parents’ rights, advocacy tips, and how to get help during this process.

This workshop will cover the process for applying to DOE public schools, including tips for researching schools, ways to apply, understanding how school offers are made, and what to do when you get an offer.
